姜聪佼，北京大学光华管理成人无码 思想力博士后，博士毕业于佛罗里达大学，硕士毕业于纽约大学，本科毕业于香港大学。她的研究聚焦于数字消费与人工智能驱动消费，采用行为实验与大数据分析相结合的方法。近期的代表性研究包括：检验新闻页面布局在打破“信息茧房”中的作用；与阿里巴巴合作，利用一年真实聊天数据探讨AI陪伴机器人在缓解用户负面情绪方面的作用；以及研究消费者在AI定制中的投入如何提升使用黏性。

报告简介：

This research investigates how variations in digital interface design influence consumer engagement with news articles that express opposing viewpoints. Currently, most news websites employ a sequential layout, where clicking on a headline leads consumers to a separate page displaying the article content. Across four experiments, we tracked consumers’ news reading behavior, and found that the simultaneous layout—where all available news article headlines and the clicked article content are displayed on the same page—consistently increased both the number of opposing-viewpoint articles read and the overall number of articles read compared to the traditional sequential layout. The news articles presented in the studies covered some of the most polarizing social issues such as climate change, immigration, abortion and race. By shifting consumers’ mindset from reading choice to reading order, a simultaneous layout encourages broader engagement compared to a sequential layout. These findings highlight how interface design can actively mitigate selective exposure, offering a low-cost, actionable strategy for more inclusive, balanced information ecosystems.
